We are hiring a reliable and experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily logistics and warehouse operations in our Dubai branch. The ideal candidate will coordinate transportation, manage warehouse staff, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods while maintaining compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise inbound and outbound logistics operations.
Coordinate with transport companies, suppliers, and internal departments.
Ensure timely delivery, accurate documentation, and cost control.
Monitor inventory levels, shipments, and dispatch schedules.
Implement and improve logistics procedures and performance metrics.
Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
Prepare daily/weekly logistics reports and escalate any issues.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
3+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation (UAE experience preferred).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and logistics software.
Familiarity with UAE customs and transportation laws.
Fluent in English; Arabic/Hindi is a plus.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle pressure.
