We are seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee the import/export operations, manage warehouse activities, and ensure timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will supervise logistics staff, coordinate shipments, and maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the logistics team, including warehouse staff and drivers.

Coordinate import/export shipments and ensure all documentation is accurate.

Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock movements.

Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.

Ensure compliance with UAE customs, safety, and quality regulations.

Track shipments, resolve delays, and report to management.

Implement and maintain warehouse organization and storage systems.

Assist in budgeting, cost control, and logistics optimization.
