Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations, including inventory, transportation, and warehousing
Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet customer demands
Supervise and manage the performance of logistics staff
Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and orders
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations
Monitor and optimize transportation costs and routes
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
Address and resolve any logistics issues or delays promptly

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor or in a similar role
Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and inventory management principles
Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
