We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of logistics staff.
Resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain promptly and effectively.
Prepare and present reports on logistics performance and key metrics.
