Description

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance team and ensure that all facilities and equipment are maintained in optimal condition. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid background in maintenance operations, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities and projects.
Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and support as needed.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, including repairs and equipment performance.
Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
Proven experience in maintenance supervision or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with HVAC systems, refrigeration, and building automation systems.
Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call duties.
