The Maintenance Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of all facilities, equipment, and building systems. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinating repairs to maintain a safe, efficient, and functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform regular inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot equipment failures.
Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized repair work.
