The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair activities across properties or facilities. The role ensures that all equipment, utilities, and units are in excellent working condition, while supervising a team of technicians and coordinating preventive maintenance schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Operations
Supervise daily maintenance activities (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, etc.).
Ensure all properties are maintained to company standards and UAE safety regulations.
Assign tasks to technicians and monitor work quality and completion.
Coordinate emergency repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
