Marketing Co-ordinator Job Opportunity in United Arab Emirates.
• Contact with potential customers who requesting for housemaids and develop good customer relationship.
• Maintain a database for the customers’ requirements for example (Purpose, age, nationality preference, experience needed, language preference, etc.)
• Send the available CV as per discussion held with customer.
• Follow up with the customer and assist them till their search is finished and customer is satisfied.
• Provide your support in the interviewing, hiring, and training for nannies that is marked by center.
• Process the legal documents for the housemaid and assure that all documents are correct.
• Follow up with the sponsor for payments.
• Follow up for housemaid for change of status and cancellation to avoid the fines.
• Maintain a record for all nannies that has been sold ensuring all resources are current and accurate and inform all concerned department.
• Maintain a record for sponsor’s credentials.
• Be in touch with sponsor/existing customers for feedbacks, if any issue is reported by customer inform to Marketing Manager and get it resolved.
• Do investigation for refund or return and make a report of the communication and send to Marketing Manager.
• Handle all original passports and other documents with utmost vigilance. Make sure that you take sponsor signature while receiving important documents.
• Identifies areas for improvement and inform Manager.
• Undertake any other duty assigned by the Manager.
