About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue. You will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integrated marketing plans across digital, social, and traditional channels

Manage marketing campaigns from ideation to execution and performance analysis

Lead content development, brand messaging, and creative direction

Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure consistent brand communication

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance

Oversee budget planning, allocation, and reporting

Manage and mentor the marketing team

Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred)

4+ years of experience in marketing or related roles (with at least 2 years in a leadership role)

Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics tools

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

Creative mindset with a data-driven approach

Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and content management systems
