About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive brand growth. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing campaigns, overseeing content strategy, managing budgets, and analyzing performance to ensure continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals

Manage campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels

Oversee content creation, branding, and promotional materials

Track performance metrics (ROI, conversions, engagement)

Coordinate with sales, design, and product teams

Manage budgets and vendor relationships

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Lead and mentor the marketing team

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

3–5+ years of experience in a similar marketing role

Proven experience in campaign management and analytics

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Proficient in marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM, email marketing platforms, etc.)
