 Job Description
As a Marketing Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising marketing strategies and campaigns. You’ll guide a team of marketers, collaborate with sales and creative teams, and monitor campaign performance to ensure business objectives are met.

 Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels

Supervise and mentor marketing team members, providing clear direction and feedback

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform campaign direction

Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective spending

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless campaign execution

Monitor and report on campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools

Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials

Plan and oversee promotional events, product launches, and advertising campaigns

 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role

Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills

Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO platforms)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

 Preferred Skills
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)

Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

Background in [industry-specific skill, e.g., retail, SaaS, hospitality, etc.] is a plus
