Description

We are hiring a responsible and customer-friendly Mart Cashier to manage billing operations and provide excellent customer service in a retail environment. Candidates must be reliable, attentive, and able to handle transactions accurately.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer billing using POS systems

Scan items, process payments, and issue receipts

Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products

Maintain cash register accuracy and balance cash drawer at the end of shift

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter

Follow company policies regarding returns, exchanges, and discounts

Coordinate with store staff for smooth checkout operations

Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times

Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor

Support daily store operations when needed

Requirements:

Previous cashier or retail experience preferred

Basic knowledge of POS machines and billing procedures

Strong communication and customer service skills

Attention to detail and ability to handle cash accurately

Able to work in shifts and fast-paced environments

Must be currently inside UAE
