We are looking for a Master Tailor who who has a UAE valid visa and specializes in abayas, kaftans, and women’s garments to join our growing team and help create high-end, sophisticated fashion pieces.

Key Responsibilities:
 Expert Tailoring – Cutting, stitching, and finishing high-quality abayas and women’s wear with precision.
 Pattern Making & Draping – Ability to create patterns from scratch and adjust existing designs.
 Fabric Handling – Skilled in working with luxury fabrics like silk, chiffon, crepe, and velvet.
 Customization & Alterations – Adjust garments to fit client specifications perfectly.
 Quality Control – Ensure all products meet high-end luxury fashion standards.
 Collaboration with Designers – Work closely with our creative team to bring designs to life.
 Embroidery & Detailing – Experience in handwork, embellishments, and embroidery is a plus.

Requirements:
 Minimum 2+ years of experience as a tailor in abaya or luxury women’s fashion.
 Strong knowledge of Arabic/Gulf fashion trends and modern abaya styles.
 Ability to work with intricate designs, embellishments, and custom orders.
 High attention to detail and a passion for fine craftsmanship.
 Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
 Familiarity with industrial sewing machines, hand sewing, and advanced finishing techniques.
