Description
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented MEP Officer to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in our projects or facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure all MEP operations are maintained to high standards, comply with regulations, and meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate MEP activities on site or within facilities.
Ensure installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Monitor compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
Maintain accurate records of MEP work, materials, and equipment.
Report issues, delays, or risks to the project manager or facilities manager.
Support project planning, scheduling, and budgeting for MEP works.
