MEP Procurement Manager Job Opportunity in United Arab Emirates.

Looking to hire MEP Procurement Manager for a semi- govt company.

Job Location – Dubai

Salary – AED 7000 – 9000

(Should be competent in Global Procurement, Vendor Management, Demand and Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, Demand Forecasting, Price Negotiations etc.) 

Job Role-

  • Developing procurement strategies and implementation of best practice procurement vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
  • Ensure that purchasing policies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market.
  • Assist in developing Procurement and Admin budget based on the requirement of section
  • Negotiate and manage contract terms with suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards and delivery terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Assess tenders/RFQ/RFP from potential suppliers and work with suppliers and have a process in place to measure effective performance, quality and compliance.
  • Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the purchasing strategy.

 

Experience & Requirements –

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in supply chain management, logistics, or Business Administration.
  •  Proven experience managing supply chain operations.
  •  Experience using supply chain management software and tools,
  • In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Management and leadership skills.
  •  Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  •  Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  •  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
