Merchandiser – Job Vacancy
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Merchandiser to plan, coordinate, and manage product displays and stock levels to maximize sales and enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement attractive product displays according to brand guidelines
Monitor stock levels and arrange timely replenishments
Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing teams for product availability
Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising standards
Analyze sales trends and adjust displays to boost sales performance
Maintain accurate records of stock movement and display changes
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a related retail role
Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of inventory systems is an advantage
