Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and care for primary school children during school hours, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Assist students with their daily activities, including classroom tasks, meals, and transitions between activities.
Provide support with homework and educational activities, reinforcing learning and helping with any questions or challenges.
Foster a positive and supportive environment, encouraging good behavior and social skills.
Communicate regularly with teachers and parents about the child’s progress and any concerns.
Assist in organizing and supervising extracurricular activities and field trips.
Ensure that children adhere to school rules and follow safety guidelines.
Provide emotional support and guidance to help children develop confidence and independence.
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children, especially in a school or daycare setting, is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate young children.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in child development and education.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond to children’s needs effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in early childhood education or childcare is a plus.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
