We are looking for a well-organized and responsible Office Admin to manage daily office operations and support the administrative needs of the company. The ideal candidate must be professional, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Maintain and update company records, files, and documents
Prepare reports, letters, and official correspondence
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate office activities
Manage office supplies and monitor inventory levels
Assist HR, Accounts, and Management with administrative tasks
Handle visitor management and front-desk duties when required
Maintain confidentiality of company information
Support management in any additional administrative tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Office Administrator or similar role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Professional attitude and strong attention to detail
Must be currently inside UAE
