Description

Office Administrator will provide accurate, efficient and committed office work / administration support to the CEO. You will Work closely with top executives to aid and assist them.

Responsibilities

•Excellent MS Office Knowledge
•Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
• Answering telephone calls and attending to emails
•Outstanding organisational and time management skills
•Managing calendars, organizing meetings, attending and taking minutes where required
•File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
•Two (2) years experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
• Typing reports, presentations, book chapters, learning materials and other publications.
