Responsibilities:
Assist with daily administrative tasks and office operations.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
Prepare and maintain documents, records, and filing systems.
Support staff with photocopying, scanning, and data entry tasks.
Manage office supplies and coordinate replenishment when needed.
Assist in scheduling meetings and arranging appointments.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of office areas.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in admin support is an advantage.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, printing/scanning).
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
Professional attitude and positive personality.
Must be currently inside the UAE.
