Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Ensuring the offices and work areas are well organized and free of clutter
Managing front office reception, meeting, greeting and catering for clients
General office administration including managing stationery and other office supplies
Answering telephone calls and attending to emails
Typing reports, presentations, book chapters, learning materials and other publications
Managing calendars, organizing meetings, attending and taking minutes where required
Liaising with internal and external customers, suppliers and others
Organizing internal and networking events
Carrying out other reasonable duties as instructed.
