Position: Operations Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage daily operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflows, meet performance goals, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and training as needed.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
Prepare and analyze operational reports to track performance metrics.
Communicate with management and other departments to streamline processes.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and operational management software (preferred).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
