Urgent Hiring for Order Taker
Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and take orders from customers efficiently and accurately
Input orders into the system and ensure they are relayed to the kitchen or delivery team promptly
Provide detailed information about the menu, promotions, and special offers
Address customer inquiries, special requests, and resolve any order-related issues
Maintain a friendly and professional attitude while interacting with customers
Follow up with customers to confirm orders and ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with the kitchen and delivery teams to ensure orders are prepared and delivered on time
Assist with processing payments and maintaining accurate records of transactions

Requirements:

Fresh graduate or high school diploma
Strong communication and listening skills
Attention to detail and ability to input orders accurately
Basic computer skills and ability to use order management software
Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required
