We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packing Assistant to join our logistics/warehouse team. The Packing Assistant is responsible for accurately preparing, packing, labeling, and organizing goods for shipment. The role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and pack products according to company standards and customer specifications

Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of packages

Inspect items for damage or defects before packing

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous experience in a warehouse or packing role is a plus but not required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
