Description

We are seeking a polite and responsible Parking Attendant to manage vehicle parking and provide excellent guest service at our hotel. The ideal candidate should be attentive, customer-friendly, and able to handle vehicles safely.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet guests politely upon arrival and assist with parking

Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently

Keep parking areas organized, clean, and properly managed

Guide guests to available parking spaces

Maintain a log of parked vehicles and keys

Assist guests with luggage when required

Ensure safety and security standards are followed in the parking area

Monitor traffic flow and prevent congestion in the hotel entrance

Report any vehicle damages or issues to the supervisor immediately

Provide excellent customer service and support hotel guests as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Parking Attendant/Valet preferred

Valid UAE driving license (Manual/Automatic preferred)

Good driving skills and knowledge of vehicle handling

Customer-friendly attitude and good communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and in outdoor environments

Physically fit and able to stand for long hours

Must be currently inside UAE
