-Experienced in managing CEO’s calendar, email drafting, taking minutes of meetings.
-Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager.
-Booking and arranging travel.

Requirements Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge, and Experience
•Outstanding business command of the English (writing, reading and verbal).
•A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary within a similar field.
•Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
