We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a Manufacturing Company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production activities, ensure quality standards, and manage a team to achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities in the perfume manufacturing unit.

Plan, schedule, and monitor production targets to meet deadlines.

Ensure raw materials (essential oils, alcohol, packaging) are available and used efficiently.

Oversee mixing, filling, and packaging processes according to set formulas.

Maintain and enforce quality control standards in line with company policies.

Train, guide, and supervise production staff and operators.

Monitor machine and equipment performance, coordinate maintenance when needed.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the factory.

Maintain production reports, stock records, and daily logs.

Suggest process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
