We are looking for an Production Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves supervising production staff, managing workflow, monitoring equipment, and ensuring compliance with production schedules and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.

Plan and schedule daily production tasks to meet output targets.

Monitor production processes and ensure quality standards are maintained.

Ensure machines and equipment are properly maintained and functioning.

Train and guide production staff on procedures, safety, and best practices.

Maintain records of production output, materials used, and wastage.

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.

Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.

Coordinate with warehouse, maintenance, and quality control teams.

Report production performance and issues to management.
