Description

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a perfume manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production operations, ensure quality standards, manage staff, and support smooth workflow across the production line.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily perfume filling, labeling, crimping, and packaging operations
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production to meet daily targets
• Ensure compliance with quality control and safety standards
• Allocate tasks to production workers and monitor performance
• Coordinate with warehouse, QC, logistics, and procurement teams
• Maintain production reports, batch records, and inventory of raw materials
• Inspect machinery and ensure proper maintenance
• Train new staff on production procedures
• Identify areas for improvement and reduce wastage
