We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join as a Public Area Attendant. This role requires maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in public and communal spaces, ensuring a welcoming and orderly environment for residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning and Maintenance of Common Areas
• Thoroughly clean, dust, and sanitize public areas, including hallways, lobbies, dining spaces, and guest restrooms.
• Regularly inspect and report any maintenance issues to ensure facilities remain in peak condition.
• Perform daily floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and spot-cleaning as necessary.
