Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise to join our growing team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare & review BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets
Manage contracts, variations, and claims
Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with budgets
Carry out quantity take-offs using AutoCAD & PlanSwift
Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
Provide commercial and cost advice to project management
Prepare progress claims, reports, and final accounts
Mentor and guide junior QS staff
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in UAE
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD & PlanSwift software
Proficiency in cost management and contract administration FIDIC
Strong Knowledge in FIDIC & POMI
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
