Position: Retail Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain product displays, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
Provide product information and advice to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock.
Keep the store clean and organized, including tidying up the sales floor and dressing rooms.
Support promotional activities and in-store events.
Monitor and report on stock levels, and assist in stock replenishment.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a positive attitude.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking.
