Receptionist Job Opportunity in United Arab Emirates.
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and provide general administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
Handle general inquiries and provide basic information about the company
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Support other departments as needed with clerical duties
Ensure visitor logbooks and security protocols are followed
Maintain office supplies inventory for the front desk
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (diploma/degree in Administration is a plus)
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Presentable appearance and professional attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
Customer service-oriented and detail-focused
Working Conditions:
