They work with customers to process bookings, provide information, and ensure a smooth reservation process. Responsibilities:
Manage Reservations via phone, email, or online systems, ensuring accuracy.
Provide Information on room availability, rates, and hotel services to customers.
Process Payments and handle deposits, cancellations, and refunds.
Update Reservation System to maintain accurate records and prevent overbooking.
