Now Hiring: Hotel Reservation Agent
We are looking for a courteous and detail-oriented Hotel Reservation Agent to join our front office team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing guest bookings, responding to reservation inquiries, updating room availability, processing payments, and providing information about our hotel’s services and amenities. You will also assist in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests from the moment of booking. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency. Experience with hotel reservation systems is an advantage but not required—we provide full training.
