Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)

Hire, train, and supervise staff

Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

Monitor inventory, supplies, and food costs

Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

Collaborate with ownership on business goals and improvements

Qualifications:

2+ years of restaurant management experience (preferred)

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask under pressure

Proficient in POS systems and basic financial reporting

Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Passionate about food, service, and team culture
