Description

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant floor to ensure excellent customer service, smooth workflow, and adherence to company standards. This role involves supervising staff, resolving customer issues, and supporting the management team in training and scheduling.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Train and support front-of-house team members

Monitor and manage reservations, table assignments, and dining flow

Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards

Assist with inventory control and supply ordering

Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly

Help enforce company policies, procedures, and brand standards

Support the manager with opening and closing duties

Maintain accurate shift reports and cash handling procedures
