Description

We are hiring Restaurant Supervisor, who will oversees daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, staff performance, and smooth coordination between the kitchen and service teams. The role focuses on maintaining quality standards, hygiene, and profitability in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff (waiters, cashiers, and kitchen assistants).

Ensure a high standard of service, cleanliness, and food quality.

Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.

Maintain inventory and coordinate with the storekeeper or purchasing team for supplies.

Supervise cash handling, billing, and daily sales reporting.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Support the Restaurant Manager in planning promotions and special events.

Monitor opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.

Maintain teamwork and motivate staff to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
