Position: Retail Assistant

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs.
Provide product information and offer recommendations to customers.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
Process transactions at the checkout counter, including cash and card payments.
Assist with product displays and promotions.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the store manager.
Participate in stocktaking and inventory control procedures.
Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service focus with a friendly and approachable attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
