Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-friendly Retail Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing an excellent shopping experience for customers, maintaining store standards, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, providing product information and guidance.
Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and correctly labeled.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, restocking, and organizing merchandise.
Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally.
Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
