Position: Retail Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with their purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure products are well-stocked and organized.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and offer assistance with product selection.
Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries.
Ensure products are well-stocked, organized, and displayed attractively.
Process transactions using the POS system, including cash and card payments.
Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and replenishment.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store.
Assist in setting up promotional displays and store layouts.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Positive attitude and willingness to assist customers.
Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
