Description

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs and inquiries.
Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
Restock shelves and ensure products are correctly labeled and priced.
Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately.
Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies.
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to store goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Retail Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills for inventory and sales processing.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
