Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in alignment with UAE regulations and industry best practices.
Conduct risk assessments and JHAs (Job Hazard Analyses); identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor compliance with MOHRE, GOSI, and relevant local authorities; conduct internal audits and inspections.
Lead incident investigations; document root causes and preventive measures; track corrective actions.
Deliver safety training and toolbox talks; maintain training records and certifications.
Coordinate emergency response planning, drills, and evacuation procedures.
Inspect facilities, equipment, and PPE; ensure proper use and maintenance.
Promote a safety culture through communication campaigns, reports, and recognition programs.
