Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities by identifying and contacting potential clients.
Present and promote products and services to existing and potential clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively.
Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Follow up with leads and clients to ensure timely service and satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions.
Collaborate with marketing and other teams to promote products and services.
Prepare regular sales reports for management.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus).
Experience: Previous experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory.
