Sales Assistant
Main Responsibilities:
Handling customer payments (cash, card, mobile) at the reception
Issuing receipts, invoices, or billing statements
Answering inquiries in person or over the phone
Keeping track of daily cash transactions and balancing the till
Assisting with booking, reservations, or basic clerical tasks
Coordinating with other departments for smooth service flow
