Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and preferences.
Provide product information, demonstrations, and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
Process sales transactions accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
Maintain the appearance of the sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and keeping the area clean and organized.
Track inventory levels and report any shortages or issues to management.
Assist with merchandising and promotional activities to maximize sales.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and provide excellent service.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
