Job Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, provide product information, and help drive sales to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers, providing outstanding service.
Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
Keep the sales floor tidy, organized, and fully stocked.
Process transactions accurately and handle cash, credit, and returns.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
