About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As the face of our brand, you will assist customers, drive sales, and ensure an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide detailed information about products, promotions, and services.
Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandise displays.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock counts.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or customer service is a plus.
Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
A friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
