Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries
Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs
Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
Maintain store cleanliness and product displays
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals
Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
Stay up to date with promotions, policies, and inventory updates

Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Customer-focused with a friendly and positive attitude
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
