Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maximizing sales, and maintaining store appearance.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
Achieve sales targets and upsell where possible
Handle POS transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately
Maintain stock levels and ensure merchandise is neatly displayed
Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and offers
Assist with stock replenishment, inventory, and visual merchandising

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail is a plus
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and POS system knowledge
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Positive attitude, team player, and passion for customer service
Fluency in English; other languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) are a plus
